To change your email address(es) or password, you have to first login with your old email address (office or personal) or password and then update the relevant information under the 'Account Information' section.
Alternatively, you are required to submit '

' to ASHK by email, fax or post. After verifying the information, your password will be sent to your new default email address. It will take approximately 3-4 working days to process. For security reason, you are recommended to change your password once you have successfully logged in.

I don't have an email address at the ASHK's member register and have forgotten my Member ID.
A:
You are required to submit 'Personal Data Request Form' to ASHK by email, fax or post.
After verifying the information, your Member ID with the password will be sent to your default correspondence address.
It will take approximately 3-4 working days to process. For security reason, you are recommended to change your password once you have successfully logged in.
Also, please add your email address(es) as the communication channel so that you can receive regular news from ASHK in the future.
